Console Desktop installer for Windows and MacOS. JRE is installed automatically if none present on target computer. On Windows, run the installer and follow the instructions. Safest is to accept all the defaults. On MAC OS, download the dmg file from link above, open it you Mac and drag console.app to your Applications in Finder. Then you can drag and drop the console.app from your Applications to your dock for launching. It takes few seconds for the application to start for the first time, be patient, don't click often.
